In March 2022, Amy Brooks stepped down as the Treasurer for the LPPOA HOA. Amy helped keep our financial records clear and concise for the last couple years and we very much appreciate her hard work and time. Julia Capodice has volunteered to be the Treasurer of the HOA in her stead. Any Homeowners wanting to join the board to assist with the management of the HOA is welcome to reach out.
We are all on a Volunteer basis and any additional assistance is gladly appreciated. We are actively trying to create a monthly e-mailed Newsletter and would love ideas on positive stories to feature.
A brief message from the former President of the HOA stated: The Neighborhood will be in good hands with this Board of Directors to help navigate the waters for years to come. This was at the time when Covid19 hit our world at the beginning of 2020.
