Trash Renewal notices for 2022-2023. President Jim sent out Trash Notice letters to mailboxes April 25th. If you did not receive a paper notice, please, Contact Us to get your information updated. This is the last year we will have no changes in trash program We have had same rate, service, for 8 years in a row (12th year in effect). Before we had this program, we paid $35 a month for trash, or over $400 a year. Basically, you pay less in HOA dues and trash in a given year now, than you did in trash service alone 12 years ago. It is a very nice program.
