Annual Community Fee – Due Feb. 16th
Association dues paid by homeowners create the annual budget which includes admin expenses, maintenance and landscaping of common areas, pond maintenance, lighting, and website hosting.
($300 annual fee + 3% PayPal processing fee = $312) due date of February 16, 2026. After 02/16-a late fee will be applied $50 (pay by mail) or $63 (for PayPal processing fee).
